Dale White is the Founder and President of The Living Harvest, a 501c3 Nonprofit that focuses on Reentry & Public Safety to reduce recidivism, and to rebuild the lives and families of those who have been criminally justice involved who struggle with addiction. Dale serves on the First Step Board for Circuit 2 North Florida and has served on numerous other boards including the Big Bend AFTER Re-Entry Coalition and the Continuum of Care Board of the Big Bend Homeless Coalition. Dale was invited to the White House in November 2016 for a Convening on Criminal Justice Reform, bringing together leaders from the advocacy, philanthropic, business, and law enforcement sectors to identify opportunities for these served populations.
Dale was chosen as one of 20 leaders from around the country in 2016 by Just Leadership USA and is a 2016 Leading with Conviction Fellow, a national organization out of NYC with a mission to reduce the incarceration levels in this country by half by 2030 while reducing crime and promoting full employment.
